Aging and refining: the wine ages in 20 Hl oak barrels for 6 months. Then further 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Aging potential: At its best within 5 years from harvest.
Tasting notes: It shows appealing aromas of small red berries with hints of spicies and flowers. Medium body and very good balance with velvety tannins and a pleasant acidity. The finish shows a good freshness.
Recommended pairings: it matches well with Tuscan crostini, Tuscan cold cuts, pasta with ragout and grilled meat.
