The Cabernet and Shiraz parcels were fermented warm and pumped over twice daily. They were pressed separately at the end of ferment and blended post malolactic ferment. The wine then had 9 months French oak maturation post ferment, prior to racking, a light fining and bottling. Plush ripe fruit notes on the mid-palate, supported by subtle integrated oak and fine ripe tannins adding length and structure.Blend: 70% Cabernet; 30% Shiraz.
