The Domaine Guy and Yvan Duflouleur is a family-run estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges that has been in the same family since 1596. It currently covers 28 hectares across several different appellations. The estate adopts a sustainable approach to viniculture and winemaking, and the wines are aged for 12-15 months in oak, with 15-25% new wood, depending on the vintage and the appellation. It is currently managed by Guy Dufouleur’s eldest son Yvan, and his uncle Xavier.
