Château Mont Saint Pey is the original vineyard of Jaubert family.
This property is on a clay and limestone soil and subsoil limestone with "Astéries" that make the feature of this area.
Rainwater passes through the clay and seeps into the faults in the limestone to form underground rivers. This hydrogeological system perfectly drains the soil, and the vine roots grow into the limestone where they get all the minerals. The location in the Euille valley brings autumn freshness necessary to the particular development of complex aromatic Sauvignon.
