Every year we go taste barrel samples at the Van Brunt Stillhouse Distillery. We choose our favorite barrels, and they bottle them at cask strength exclusively for us. This year's selections are exceptional, and we're delighted to share them with you.
This Bourbon is made from 65% corn, 20% wheat, 10% malt, and 5% rye. It was aged for 1 year and 10 months in small American oak barrels. It's unfiltered and bottled at cask strength. The wheat comes through on the palate with great ripeness and softness, along with notes of chocolate and caramel on the finish.
